Hello,
perhaps our one of our meetings could be this exhibit: they've got worms 
on display in glass doing the dirty work of turning our scraps into 'soil'.

With the exhibition "There’s No Waste in Nature" the Botanical Museum 
Berlin is providing fascinating insights into terra preta technology. 
The exhibit focuses on current research and development projects dealing 
with the technology in Germany. Terra preta technology was used by the 
indigenous peoples in the Amazon region centuries ago to produce very 
nutrient-rich humus out of sewage and other organic waste
