wait. but you did sign in and uploaded one text and one image before??
I do not have your password as admin. you are the one knows your password.
also i cannot and never did send  a password to you...

so, yeah, I do not have your password to be logging in for you.
i can only test with my own sign on and password.

maybe this is a good chance to see if other people have same problems?

and again, sarah, you have two email addresses , you signed on with 
both addresses.

I use
  "sarah k. stanley" <architextmedia at gmail.com>
to register your adoption.
so, <rebelprojects at gmail.com> is not an adoptor.

so, please when you sign on you need to use
architextmedia at gmail.com
and i as admin does not have your password.
