[Adoptacomposter] adoptors united worm-date

Hi, yes I started a 3-level worm tower on my balcony in June.
The worms @ Bethanien are still in good condition and happy environment :-)
What I realize is the easy part is building and starting the worm bin.
The difficult part is keeping the ecosystem in balance and knowing when
and how to HARVEST!
Keeping moisture levels down depends on adding more dry bedding, as Shu
Lea says - add plenty of paper scraps, leaves, mulch, etc.
Drying and pulverizing the food before it goes into the bin also helps.
Anyone have any experience with harvesting the finished worm compost?
best Alex
