i think the meeting didnt happen...YET.
for composting, yes, always better to cut smaller pieces....
but this is how you gonna experiment to see , 5 months later what get
composted and what not.
we avoid bread, meat, fish for worm composting.. also to avoid rats.
it will be good to 'mingle' 'mix' your compost from time to time... to get some
circulation going.... any tool will do, or with hands (gloves) in
this case of small
composting unit.
by next january, we will see how your compost mature and ready to be
proper soil
for composting...
ps. We do have a compost adviser on board, rudi, so we can also pose
questions to him
by email.
