I am truely enjoying your exchange about keeping worms alive.
what a challenge this could be...
my thinking is more towards insulation of the crates to make it warm
for the worms
and as suzi said, much soil need to be mixing in already...
or brown stuff (fallen leaves, wood chips)
there is no possibility for an indoor site at berthanian to move into.
also by 'dead' winter, much of the composting elements should be maturing..
if the worm got merged should be ok?
Gee, need to check their longivity first.
At the beginning of the installation, we got 1000 worms of Eisenia foetida
This is a website in Germany i found have beautiful worms, worm picture.
but the guy never responds to email or phone call for me to purchase it from.
